We have dedicated ourselves to providing reliable and efficient supply chain solutions. So we positioned ourselves as a provider to the mining industry; we provide milling options to medium scale and artisanal miners and in turn offer to purchase that mineral after we have crushed and sampled it.

At Peru minerals and metals, Enrique J. Ugas leads our team of experts. With over 20 years of international trade experience, Enrique has helped numerous businesses navigate the complexities of South American trade. His career started with his family in North Peru in the aggregate crushing and screening industry. When they found Iron ore on some concessions Enrique was in charge of negotiating leases on the families mineral rights. After this Enrique spent several years working in mining exploration. This is why he holds an extensive network of mines and miners in Peru. From there he became New Business Development Superintendent for Terra Nova Natural Resources. When that project was completed Enrique began his work in the Gold dore industry, working with NTR Metals to export close to a billion dollars worth of gold. Enrique is dedicated to empowering businesses to succeed in South America and his participation in Peru minerals and metals as a leader of the organization provides the guidance and experience our team needs to succeed.

Bachelors degree in Political Economics from the University of Washington Tacoma; and a double major in Economics and Finance from Towson University, along with a certificate in GIS from the UW.
